I'm Naomi Hall
I was first introduced to guided breathing while learning how to implement mindfulness with my students. I found the calming benefits of guided breathing to be amazing. I later worked with a dietician who had me use guided breathing before meals. I also learned to use guided breathing as part of a stretching and bedtime routine. Focusing on my breathing during stressful times is now almost second nature to me.
